Beautiful Brahminy Starling (Sturnia pagodarum) searching for food.
.
.
They are usually seen in pairs or small flocks in open habitats on the plains of the Indian subcontinent. Like most starlings, the brahminy starling is omnivorous, eating fruit and insects. This was sighted and photographed at tbe outskirts of Chennai, during the month of October, 2017. 😊
